🔑 1. Registration and Account Setup
1.1 Creating Your Account
Complete the online application form on our website. You will receive an email with your Moodle login credentials within 48 hours.
1.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.
1.3 Personal Information
Keep your profile information up to date, including email address and phone number, as we use these for important communications.
🖥️ 2. Course Enrollment and Access
2.1 Enrolling in Courses
Once logged into Moodle, you will see available courses. Click "Enroll" to add a course to your dashboard. You can enroll in multiple courses simultaneously.
2.2 Course Structure
Each course is organized into modules or weeks. Modules typically include video lessons, reading materials, quizzes, and practical assignments.
2.3 Access Duration
You have indefinite access to courses you have enrolled in. There are no expiration dates. You can review materials even after completing the course.
⏱️ 3. Self-Paced Learning Model
3.1 No Deadlines
Our courses are completely self-paced. There are no strict deadlines for completing modules or assignments. You set your own schedule.
3.2 Recommended Pacing
While there are no deadlines, we recommend dedicating 3-5 hours per week to each course to maintain momentum and retain information effectively.
3.3 Progress Tracking
Your Moodle dashboard shows your progress through each course, including completed modules, quiz scores, and assignment submissions.
📊 4. Assessments and Grading
4.1 Quiz and Exam Policy
Most courses include quizzes to reinforce learning. You may retake quizzes as many times as needed. Your highest score will be recorded.
4.2 Assignments
Some courses require practical assignments, such as sermon outlines, business plans, or technical projects. Submit these through the Moodle assignment portal.
4.3 Passing Requirements
To receive a certificate, you must complete all modules and achieve an average score of 70% or higher on quizzes and assignments.

90 - 100%: Excellent | 80 - 89%: Very Good | 70 - 79%: Satisfactory | Below 70%: Insufficient (retake required)
⚖️ 5. Academic Integrity
5.1 Original Work Policy
All assignments and quiz responses must be your own original work. Plagiarism, copying, or unauthorized collaboration is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Artificial Intelligence Use
AI tools may be used as learning aids but not to complete assignments on your behalf. If you use AI for research or drafting, you must disclose this explicitly inside your submission.
5.3 Consequences of Violations
First violation: Warning and opportunity to resubmit. Second violation: Automatic failure of the assignment. Third violation: Account suspension and revocation of all issued certificates.

💬 7. Community Guidelines
7.1 Telegram Global Community
All enrolled students are invited to join our Telegram group for peer support, discussions, and prayer requests. The invitation link is sent via email automatically post-registration.
7.2 Respectful Communication
Treat all community members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discriminatory language will result in immediate removal from the group and possible account suspension.
7.3 Appropriate Content Filter
Do not share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content in any institute-affiliated channel. This includes unsolicited spam, advertisements, or external promotional links.
7.4 Privacy in Groups
Respect the privacy of fellow students. Do not share personal details, contact lists, or screenshots from private workspace chats without clear permission.
🎓 8. Certificate Issuance Framework
8.1 Digital Certificates
Upon successfully completing a course, you can download your digital certificate directly from your Moodle dashboard. Digital certificates are always completely free.
8.2 Printed Certificates
If you require a physical printed certificate, you may request one for a nominal fee to cover global printing production and shipping logistics. Contact certificates@livingoraclesofgod.com for custom processing.
8.3 Secure Verification Dashboard
Each certificate includes a unique verification ID. Employers, churches, or organizations can securely verify authenticity through our global Verification system portal.
8.4 Lost Replacements
If you lose your files, you can re-download the digital version from Moodle at any time. For replacement premium physical configurations, reach out to our administration office.
🔌 9. Technical Requirements
9.1 Internet Connection Baseline
A stable internet connection with at least 2 Mbps download speed is recommended. Our system infrastructure is perfectly optimized for 3G/4G networks.
9.2 Device Cross-Compatibility
Our platform is accessible across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. Modern standard browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge are recommended.
9.3 Moodle Mobile Native Ecosystem
Download the official Moodle mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store for offline cached access to courses and multi-device cross-progression.
9.4 Required Software Applications
Most courses require no additional external software. Specific technical setups or free programming configurations will be noted inside the respective course modules syllabus.
🎁 10. Scholarship and Financial Aid
10.1 ADUSEI Foundation Scholarship
The ADUSEI Foundation provides full tuition scholarships to students from underserved communities, particularly across Africa. All students automatically qualify; no separate application steps are needed.
10.2 Hardware and Data Support
In unique exceptions, the ADUSEI Foundation may provide internet data bundles or mobile device assistance to individuals facing extreme context challenges. Contact scholarships@livingoraclesofgod.com to query your case.
10.3 Voluntary Giving
Students who are capable may choose to make voluntary donations to support the platform's cloud operations and help seed open-source scholarships for others. Contributions are optional and non-refundable.
📝 11. Grievance and Appeals
11.1 Grade Discrepancies Appeals
If you believe an assessment query was graded incorrectly, you can submit a tracking query within 14 days of grading cycles. Email academics@livingoraclesofgod.com tracking the course details.
11.2 Violation Policy Appeals
If you believe an academic integrity flag or suspension restriction was placed incorrectly, submit an appeal review to appeals@livingoraclesofgod.com detailing context evidence.
11.3 Committee Process Review
Appeals are systematically evaluated by an independent academic board committee within 14 business days. Determination actions are final.
⏳ 12. Withdrawal and Inactivity
12.1 Voluntary Course Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw from a course, simply stop accessing it. There is no complex formal withdrawal process. You may resume at any time.
12.2 Extended Dormant Status
Your account profile remains active indefinitely. There is no penalty for extended periods of inactivity. You can resume your studies whenever you are ready.

As a student of The Living Oracles Global Institute, you explicitly agree to:
- Complete your own work with the highest levels of honesty and integrity.
- Treat fellow students, staff, and instructors with extreme respect.
- Use platform server resources responsibly, legally, and ethically.
- Respect the intellectual property privileges of the institute.
- Represent the institution positively in all professional external settings.
